Terms and Conditions of Boleto Cusco
This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use and services offered on the boletocusco.com website . It is part of MACHUPICCHU TERRA SRL (RUC: 20490099071), a travel agency duly registered with the Ministry of Culture. Its use implies full and unreserved acceptance by the Client.
Generalities
BOLETO CUSCO is a virtual platform specializing in the sale of Cusco Tourist Tickets (BTC), including full and partial tickets, which allow entry to various archaeological sites and museums in the city of Cusco and its surrounding areas. All services are provided in compliance with the regulations of the Peruvian Ministry of Culture and the Cusco Decentralized Directorate of Culture.
Terms of Service
- The platform allows for the secure and easy purchase of admission tickets to various tourist attractions in Cusco.
- The customer is responsible for providing accurate information at the time of purchase.
- Boleto Cusco acts as an authorized intermediary for ticket sales, guaranteeing their official issuance.
- Ticket availability is subject to the Ministry of Culture’s daily inventory. Advance reservations are recommended.
About the purchasing process
- The Customer must complete the purchase form with the information from their official document (ID, passport, alien ID card, etc.).
- Tickets will be delivered to the customer in person on the date of their reservation, as they are only valid in physical format.
- The purchase is considered complete when the Customer receives a ticket confirmation email.
- The platform is not responsible for errors made by the Client when entering personal data. Any errors must be reported immediately or at least 7 business days in advance if the reservation was made with a longer notice period.
Terms of payment
- Ticket payments are made 100% online.
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and PayPal are accepted.
- Prices include administrative and operating fees.
Personal data protection policy
- In compliance with Law No. 29733, the personal data provided by the Client will be used exclusively for ticket issuance and service management.
- Data may be shared with third parties only when necessary to provide the service.
- The Client may exercise their rights to information, access, rectification, and cancellation by contacting info@machupicchuterra.com.
About changes and cancellations
- Once the ticket has been issued, name or date changes are not permitted, according to Ministry of Culture regulations.
- Cancellations are only permitted if the ticket has not yet been issued. In this case, a 25% administrative fee will be applied.
- To request a cancellation, the Client must send an email to info@machupicchuterra.com at least 7 business days prior to the visit date.
- Once the ticket has been issued, it cannot be refunded, as per official regulations of the Ministry of Culture.
Confidentiality and responsibility
- Boleto Cusco ensures the confidentiality of the data entered by the Client.
- The platform is not responsible for changes in the Ministry of Culture’s policy regarding access, schedules, or routes.
- The Customer is responsible for arriving on the date and time stipulated on their ticket. Check-ins on other dates are not permitted.
